Isabella, a proud double Gator with both a Bachelor of Science in Public Relations and a Juris Doctor from the University of Florida, is passionate about supporting small business owners. She provides comprehensive legal guidance on business formation, risk management, and employment matters, helping clients navigate complex legal landscapes to facilitate their growth and success. Drawing on her experience as both a litigator and corporate counsel, Isabella offers a unique perspective from both the defense and plaintiff sides, ensuring that her clients' interests are protected while fostering efficient and holistic solutions to everyday legal issues.
At our Firm, Isabella also participates in litigation and alternative dispute resolution of employment, business, domestic relations, real estate, and probate matters. She also handles contract negotiations, estate planning, and immigration cases – always ensuring her clients’ interests are well-protected.
Prior to joining our Firm, Isabella worked in-house at a large franchisor serving the U.S. and Canada, where she developed a strong partnership with the Human Resources team. In this role, she proactively addressed labor and employment issues by drafting company-wide policies and procedures that ensured compliance with applicable laws across North America. Isabella also played a key role in conducting workplace investigations, helping to create a fair and compliant work environment.
In addition to her legal practice, is dedicated to education and mentorship. As a Learning and Writing Strategist for Agape Christian Bar Preparation Services, she coaches and supports students preparing for the Florida bar exam. She is also actively involved in pro bono work, representing clients through Jacksonville Area Legal Aid.
A native of Caracas, Venezuela, Isabella is fluent in Spanish and is committed to fostering an inclusive legal community. She currently serves as the Chair of the Hispanic and Latino Interest Committee for the Jacksonville Bar Association.
Outside of her professional pursuits, Isabella enjoys traveling, going to the beach with her dog Mocha, taking Peloton classes, jumping on her trampoline, and fighting her incessant sweet tooth.
